2. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:
• The item is unused and in original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• All accessories and components are included
• Proof of purchase is provided
H2Breath reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened or used:
• Hydrogen inhalation accessories (e.g., nasal cannulas, masks)
• Water-contact components (e.g., hydrogen water containers)
• Personal-use parts that come into direct contact with the body or liquids
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, we may request:
• Photos or videos showing the issue
• Order details
Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our side.
